Hiking Straight from the Hotel
No drive needed, no hunting for parking. The hiking trails begin right outside our door. Marked paths lead through the forest in every direction. Gentle strolls or demanding tours, the Erzgebirge offers both.
The Fichtelberg, the highest mountain in Saxony, is 20 kilometres away. Schwarzenberg with its castle and old town is just 5 kilometres. Hiking maps are available at reception.

Winter in the Erzgebirge
Cross-country trails run right past the hotel. In winter the Erzgebirge is a paradise for cross-country skiers. The trails are groomed regularly, and you can set off right from the front door.
Downhill slopes are nearby. The Fichtelberg offers runs for beginners and advanced skiers alike. After the sport, the sauna awaits.
